It was good to read about the customer service at Makro too, I've read a lot of negative reviews about it. Maybe it's something specific to big <a href="http://www.makro.co.uk" rel="nofollow">wholesalers</a> but I've been on the receiving end of grumpy staff when I've gone to Makro with my Uncle. Glad everything turned out ok, it’s horrible whenever something like that happens.
